After school programs & CAMPS!

2023/2024 School Year
Enrollment for the January-March session is now open to all families.
We will be continuing our after-school Rock Ensemble programs that will mix music education, outdoor time, and a performance! Sign up for one day per week or more!

Our program runs from 3:00-5:00pm every day. Pickup is any time between 5 and 6, except for Fridays which is 5:00-5:30. Students will be placed in bands with other kids their age, get tons of hands-on experience with guitars/drums/keyboards/microphones/etc and play a show at the end of every semester! No prior experience necessary.
After-school concerts will be held on the last day of the semester, for whatever day the child is enrolled in, at 4pm.
Semesters are Sept-Dec, Jan-Mar, and Apr-Jun. Cost: $50/child/day

Pickup is available from:
PS84 Monday-Friday,
Brooklyn Arbor on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays
Williamsburg Montessori on Tuesdays
and Success Academy on Wednesdays*
Pickup is an additional $15/family
Don’t see your child’s school listed and want pickup? If it’s within a fifteen minute walk, just ask!
Students will be responsible for supplying their own food and drinks.

We do not run after-school or pickup when the DOE has a school closure or early dismissal. We do offer day camps on most of those days (more info below). Those 2024 dates are:

For older, more experienced musical kids - Night Band!
We offer 5pm-7pm band sessions for students who are a bit more advanced/older and want to try out some tougher songs. Pricing is the same as our after-school sessions and there is no pickup. Let us know if you think your child would be interested!

We have three billing periods - Sept-Dec, Jan-Mar and Apr-June. You do not have to commit to all three.
There are no refunds/credits given to students who drop out of the program for any reason.
However, students can switch days and/or add time if we have the space.

We do not run after-school or pickup on days when the DOE has a school closure scheduled. We don’t charge for those days either.

DAY CAMPS!
We are hosting day camps on days that the DOE has closed schools.
Campers will be put into a one-day band that will write & record a song, and learn a cover if time allows. They’ll get hands-on experience with guitars, drums, keys, and microphones. We’ll also have plenty of outdoor time during lunch & snack.
Ages 5 and up.
Drop off is any time between 8:30 and 9:00.
Pick up is at 3:30. There is an option for late pick up until 6pm for an additional $25.
Cost: $125/child

MID WINTER/SPRING/SUMMER CAMPS:

Our annual Rock Camps are still going strong! Mid Winter Break Camp is February 19-23. Spring Break Camp is April 22-26. Summer Camp will run in 6 one-week sessions and 1 mini session:

August 5-9

8:30-9am drop off
3:30pm pickup (extended pickup, without programming, until 6pm available)
Every Friday will end with a 3:30 concert before dismissal. Free/open to the public!

Campers will form bands, work on a set, and play an outdoor concert at the end of the week! Along the way they’ll also get plenty of outdoor time, make merch, music videos and more. No experience necessary! For ages 4-13.

Cost: $690/week (Except for week one, which is $415 because it’s shorter)
A 10% discount will be applied to campers attending multiple weeks, and for siblings.
Payment is non-refundable for any reason and cannot be put towards school credit. A $100 deposit is required for all Summer sessions and must be paid in full by June 1.
Medical forms/contact sheets/other necessary info will be sent out in June.

Camp sessions sell out every year (we can only add so many kids to a band) so don’t hesitate to reserve your spot if you’re ready!
